Return Process

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package with Care

  Place your jewelry in its original designer packaging and secure it inside a padded mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
